429696_287306017995587_100001485727531_790417_1741625660_nFrom our last job in the warm south Sines Portugal for Van Oord the multicat Yogi left just after New Year to the Baltic sea towards Klaipeda. The job here was to salvage a damaged sinker pipeline for DEME which has been there for almost a year. After recovering approximately 90% of the sinker pipeline and landing it succesfull on the beach, the Yogi was used together with divers to retrieve the last pipes from the water as well. During these operations the weather started to change quiet abit and the winter was there with temperatures of -27 degrees Celcius.

But still the crew succeeded to deliver an excellent job and recover the the rest of the sinker pipeline for our client. After the repair and extension on the beach of the sinker pipeline, the multicat Yogi towed it of the beach and put it back into the water, so the operations could continue.

At the moment she is underway with a tow from Riga to Rotterdam with the barge 6515 from Mammoet back to the north Sea.

The picture is taken in Riga where our multicat Yogi was waiting to depart with the barge 6515.
