Deep sea towage

Herman Sr specialises in deep sea towage operations so we provide our clients with the best ships for this purpose. Our tug and workboat Shoalbuster Tarka3 is able to tow objects over great distances offshore as it can work an unlimited number of miles away from the shore. The other workboats we provide can work from 30 up to 200 nautical miles offshore.

Plough dredging vessels – Herman Sr

All of Herman Sr’s tug and workboats can be used for plough dredging. Either hire a boat with all the necessary equipment, or actually hire our plough dredge itself – the choice is yours. Wind farm support vessels

At Herman Sr we have vessels available which can be used as wind farm support vessels. The self-powered multifunctional workboat, Yogi is the wind farm support vessel you need. It comes equipped with two hydraulic cranes and two sets of hydraulic pins. These pins increase ship safety and benefit staff safety too. This wind farm support vessel has a large work deck which is ideal for wind farm support.

All ships owned by Tug and workboat company Herman Sr BV. are equipped to plough (seabed ploughing). We have a total of  4 dredging ploughs available which can be used when needed on the project where the ship is working or the dredging ploughs can be hired separately.

Seabed ploughs are often used on dredging sites to even out irregularities in the seabed.
The ploughs in the possession of Holding Herman sr BV vary in size and weight. Below is a list of ploughs available for hire with or without a workboat.

Our fleet of ships is not the largest, nor are the vessels the biggest even seen, but our boats are very versatile and well maintained and equipped.
