A multi purpose workboat can be used for ploughing, towing, surveying, anchor handling and other services. Our multi purpose workboats are in a great condition because they enjoy regular maintenance and inspections. Herman Sr has several multicats available for use on a wide range of projects. By using the latest technology in all of our multicats, you can complete your work in a safe and easy manner. A multicat can handle towage jobs a maximum of 30 nautical miles offshore.
Multicat Yogi
If you are looking for a boat for anchor handling, wind farm support, dredging support, assisting jobs or towing, the multicat Yogi is what you need. The multicat Yogi is a self-powered multifunctional workboat. This multicat has a large work deck, two hydraulic cranes and two sets of hydraulic towing pins which will improve ship and employee safety.

Tug and workboat company Herman Sr has two shoalbusters available. The first one is the Shoalbuster Baloe. This 23-meter long workboat is multifunctional and can therefore be used for a wide range of projects. Its basic functions consist of anchor handling, survey, towing, dredge, plough and coastal construction support. As this ship can sail 30 nautical miles offshore, it can take on the toughest projects.
Shoalbuster Tarka 3
The second shoalbuster we have available is the Tarka 3. This 27-meter long ship is our largest workboat. It comes equipped with all the necessary equipment such as two hydraulic cranes, four hydraulic towing pins, push fenders, waterfall winches and so much more. The shoalbuster Tarka 3 has an unrestricted sailing distance and is can therefore tow objects over large distances.
