Quality and safety are among our core values. Since the establishment of our QHSE department in 2021, we have continued to focus on the improvement of our quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Our dedicated crews and office staff play an important role in maintaining and further developing our QHSE performance. By working closely together, we aim to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality services across all our operations.

Herman Senior has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2018. This certification confirms that we have implemented a quality management system in which our processes and procedures are carefully structured, monitored and continuously improved in accordance with international standards.

In 2021, Herman Senior was also granted Document of Compliance certification, demonstrating our compliance with the requirements of the International Safety Management Code. In addition, Shoalbuster Brutus became the first vessel in the Herman Senior fleet to be officially granted a Safety Management Certificate.
